Feedback from the people who run these rooms every week
We replaced a volunteer-run camera crew with three OK-4K20X units and one controller. Sunday service now runs itself and the stream quality is better than it ever was.
The 3G-SDI output meant we dropped these straight into our existing truck without converters. PoE+ kept the cable count sane. Two shoots in, zero issues.
eighteen months of daily hybrid meetings, two hundred rooms installed, and we have not had a single RMA. That is why we keep coming back.
I needed eight rooms done in three weeks. They shipped from the US warehouse in a day and the pre-set position memory saved us days of commissioning.
